What You Can Expect
At Magnolia Home Comfort, we make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you. It all starts with a simple phone call to our office where we will ask a few troubleshooting questions to help understand your issue. From there, it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Step One: We’ll schedule a technician to visit your home, and you’ll receive a text message when the technician is on the way, so you know exactly when to expect them.
Step Two: When the technician arrives, they’ll introduce themselves and ask you to show them your HVAC system. We’ll take care to keep your home clean during the repair process.
Step Three: After the technician has had a chance to inspect your HVAC system, they’ll provide you with an estimate based on the diagnostic.
